>> Requirements
- You must notify us within 7 days after you receive your product or products.
- You must specify all the information in order to proceed with the return: order number, customer information, reason for the return, etc.
- Product must be returned in the same conditions you received it and should be well protected with a package for avoiding its damage.
>> Exceptions
For security reasons, we do not accept returning for products such as CDs, DVDs or precincted (sealed) products unless the product you ordered is wrong or damaged.
>> Procedure
Once accepted the return, you will have to send back to us the product or products by registered letter to the next address: Coleccionae.com – Apdo. de Correos 100 – 17190 SALT (Girona) – SPAIN -. Once we received and checked your returned item, if the product you ordered is wrong or damaged, we will replace you with other one as soon as possible, with no additional charges. If the customer do not want another product, we will give you the money back including the delivery charges.
>> Important note
Coleccionae.com keeps the right of not to accept the returning of a product for one of these reasons: abuse of the right for the return, if we suspect a possible fraud or product is returned in different (worse) condition than it was shipped. |
